E-Slide Profile

E-slide steel profiles are the perfect solution in cases where the high-tech Cosinus Slide is not required.

The main advantage of E-slide profiles is that, in addition to their outstanding quality, they are also extremely economical, offering significantly better performance in all parameters at a price close to that of conventional straight profiles.

  • Shock-free forklift passage and associated wheel protection, lower maintenance costs.

  • Excellent protection at the edges of the floor plate (no ” sharp ” impact).

  • Significantly lower profile weight, less than 9 kg/m.

  • It is the most economical solution up to 200mm floorboard thickness (it offers significantly better performance in all parameters at a price close to that of a conventional straight profile).

E-Straight Profile

E-straight expansion profiles are recommended for moderate loads, in which case this profile also offers a perfectly satisfactory solution.

  • For low and medium loads, and for floor thicknesses of 140-200 mm.

  • It allows a higher load transfer (up to +60%) compared to a conventional profile.

  • The wave-anchor system along the entire length of the profile is capable of continuous load transfer.

  • It eliminates the now obsolete under-performance of intermittently placed load transfer plates and the resulting increased floor edge failures.
